Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may extend to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). APO/FPO military addresses are accepted.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Important: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. FIT FREIGHT NATION is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your confirmation email is sent.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, check with your local carrier using your tracking number. If confirmed lost, email us at fitfreightnation@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
FIT FREIGHT NATION is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout. Please verify your address before placing your order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product and email fitfreightnation@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
