We stand behind every product we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at fitfreightnation@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at fitfreightnation@gmail.com and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened supplement products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
